All Jamesco products are shipped with Aus post, allow 1-2 days for handling once order is placed and though we cannot give you a exact delivery time but we usually allow 3 - 5 days once order has been placed.

Return poilicy 

-Any return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase

-Postage cost is the responsibility of the customer

-A refund can only be done after goods have been assessed by Jamesco ( allow 5 days )

-Products must be in original condition, with tags in place & unwashed
